Phase 2: Sea Freight — Transit from international ports: 20–35 days

Phase 3: Port Clearance — Customs & documentation: 3–7 days

Phase 4: Last Mile — Domestic transport: 3–10 business days

2. Integrated Payment & Shipping Structure

Our Shipping and Warranty Policy is tied directly to our three-step payment model to maintain a smooth international gaming machine shipping process:

65% Advance: Triggers immediate manufacturing. As resources are committed, this is non-refundable.
35% Pre-Shipment: Required before goods leave the origin port. Without this clearance, shipment release is not initiated.
5% Handover: Cleared after successful Technical Installation at your site.

3. Customs & Regulatory Compliance

Handling amusement machine maintenance and imports involves complex duties. While FuntrekVibhuti assists with paperwork, customers are responsible for all statutory government duties and inspection fees applicable in India.

4. Arcade Machine Warranty & Damage Protocol

Reliability is our hallmark. Every unit is shipped in premium wooden crates. However, under our Shipping and Warranty Policy, any transit-related arcade machine warranty claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

Warranty Activation: Full Long-term Support starts only after the final 5% balance is cleared.

We provide expert repair or part-replacement; no refunds are offered for transit damage, only professional restoration.

5. Force Majeure & Transit Responsibility

FuntrekVibhuti manages every unforeseen challenge in the logistics chain. While we aim for our 45-70 day gaming machine delivery timeline, we are not liable for external delays like port congestion, strikes, or natural calamities, though we keep you updated throughout.
